Nebraska football added another player for 2019 after Michigan State punter William Przystup announced he would be transferring to the Huskers this morning.
Przystup joined Michigan State last year as a walk-on, and saw some playing time due to injuries at the position. Pryztup punted 27 times for the Spartans last season, averaging 40.6 yards per punt with a long of 55 yards.
The punter from Oviedo, Florida will be joining Nebraska’s group of punters which includes seniors Caleb Lightbourn, Isaac Armstrong, Jackson Walker and incoming freshman Grant Detlefsen.
Excited and honored to announce my transfer to the University of Nebraska. Blessed to become part of @HuskerFBNation and this talented program. Go Big Red!@coach_frost@CoachZachCrespo@Coach_Dewitt pic.twitter.com/PRfBtazKxF— William Przystup (@WPrzystup) February 11, 2019
