The Nebraska Athletic Department announced changes to the baseball team’s schedule on Monday for the home-opener against Omaha and Baylor series due to projected weather in Lincoln.

The March 5 game against Omaha is postponed and the two teams will look for a makeup date later in the season.

The three-game series between Nebraska and Baylor has been moved to Waco, Texas. The games are scheduled for March 8 at 6:35 p.m, March 9 at 3:05 p.m and March 10 at 12:05 p.m.

The athletic department will refund ticket holders who purchased through the ticket office to the Baylor games.

Nebraska’s new home opener is scheduled for March 13 against North Dakota State at 1:35 p.m. due to the changes.

Fans can purchase single-game tickets for Nebraska baseball on Feb. 26 at 10 a.m.
