1. Texas (23-4 overall, 10-2 Big 12 Conference)

The Longhorns are on top of the Big 12 for the first time this year after dominating Oklahoma. Why? Texas has depth. Four players average more than 10 points a game.

2. Kansas (24-3, 9-3)

So much for being the best team in the Big 12. The Jayhawks have dropped two of three, and their 60 points scored against the Cowboys is more than 21 below their season average.

3. Kansas State (18-8, 8-4)

From cats to kittens, the Wildcats drop two straight to Nebraska and Baylor. Michael Beasley's plan for at least 40 against NU didn't go well, and even his 44 points against Baylor could help snag a victory.

4. Texas A&M (20-7, 6-6)

Losing three straight doesn't help their case for the NCAA tournament, especially since two of them were at home. They haven't scored more than 60 points the last three games, but they average 73.2. The Aggies need to gain ground fast.

5. Baylor (18-8, 6-6)

After dropping four straight games the Bears fought for the victory against Kansas State. The last four regular season games will be a test to see if Baylor should be in the NCAA tournament.

6. Oklahoma (18-9, 6-6)

Blake Griffin and the Sooners simply could not find the hoop against Texas. Their starters only contributed 26 points. The 45 points put up by the Sooners is a season-low.

7. Texas Tech (15-11, 6-6)

Tech is clearly a second half team. The Red Raider averaged 15.5 more points in the second half of their last two victories against Colorado and Iowa State.

8. Nebraska (16-9, 5-7)

The victory against Kansas State and the storming off the court last Wednesday was awesome, but the win against Texas A&M in College Station was even better. Two straight wins over ranked opponents give NU huge momentum.

9. Missouri (15-12, 5-7)

The Tigers scored their lowest point total in a win this season when they beat Colorado. Only one player had more than seven points. The offense will continue to struggle with their leading scorer off the team.

10. Oklahoma State (14-12, 5-7)

Rock, chalk, down with the Jayhawks in Stillwater. Byron Eaton scored a career-high 26 points, including the game-winning free throw with 12.6 seconds left. The Cowboys are enjoying a late-season surge that could carry over into next year.

11. Iowa State (14-13, 4-8)

Iowa State still hasn't won a conference game away from Ames this year. Good luck in Kansas City for the Big 12 tournament, boys.

12. Colorado (10-16, 2-10)

Colorado has lost 9 of their last 10 conference games, and the Buffs rank last in scoring offense, rebounds, field-goal percentage and free-throw shots made, not to mention the only overall losing record in the Big 12.
